We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter or update these Terms of Business and you agree to be bound by such modifications. If we decide to make changes to our Terms of Business, we will post them on this page so you are aware of them. Your statutory rights are not affected by our Terms of Business. This site is owned and operated by The Mosque Clock Shop, a business solely owned by J A Waddington, who is registered as a sole trader in UK. The material contained on this Web site, including all design, text, graphics, selection and arrangement of content, underlying software and source code, and all other information on this Web site are copyright The Mosque Clock Shop and its payment partner PayPal. All rights reserved. Permission is granted to copy, print and distribute sections of this Web site for the purpose of browsing and shopping or for placing an order at The Mosque Clock Shop. Any unauthorised use of the material on this site without the prior permission of The Mosque Clock Shop may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws. Third party publishers and broadcasters are permitted to reproduce parts of this site for illustrative purposes, as long as the accompanying text relates directly to The Mosque Clock Shop. No contract shall subsist between you and The Mosque Clock Shop for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until The Mosque Clock Shop accepts your order by email confirmation. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time The Mosque Clock Shop sends the email to you (whether or not you receive that email). We reserve the right to refuse to supply any person or company for any reason and without reason. If we refuse to accept your order, we will notify you by email and issue you with a full refund. Credit and debit card security The Mosque Clock Shop strives to provide you with the safest and most secure shopping experience possible. The security of your information, transactions, and money is a top priority of PayPal, which processes payments on our behalf. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to its computers using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Prices are subject to change at any time, and without prior warning. Prices are clearly displayed next to each product at the time of ordering. Orders being processed at the time of any price changes will remain unaffected. We will make every attempt to supply you with the clock colour you request. However, where the colour requested is unavailable, we reserve the right to supply you with a different colour. If you do not wish to accept the substituted clock then you must return it (at your own cost) to us within seven days of its receipt for a refund. See ‘Cancellation’ section below. The clocks sold by The Mosque Clock Shop require 3 AA batteries each. These are NOT supplied. The Mosque Clock Shop aims to dispatch orders within 72 hours of receiving payment confirmation from its partner PayPal, and to deliver to UK addresses within seven working days (using either Royal Mail or Parcelforce) from receipt of an order. We aim to deliver to customers in the EU, using Royal Mail, within 14 working days from receipt of an order, and customers in the Rest of the World within 21 working days from receipt of an order. However, this does not in any way constitute a guarantee, and The Mosque Clock Shop accepts no liability for losses resulting from late or delayed delivery. Please note that if you select the incorrect shipping option when ordering (ie you select 'UK Customers' and provide a US shipping address), your order will be delayed. In this instance, we will contact you and request an additional payment is made. You can check the progress of your order at any time by emailing info@mosqueclockshop.co.uk. You will need to provide the reference number assigned to your order by PayPal, the date the order was placed, your email address and your full name. The Mosque Clock Shop shall have no liabilities to you for any failure to deliver your purchase or any delay in delivery which is due to any act of God, war, strike, lock-out, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, tempest, or any other event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If for any reason we cannot fulfil you order immediately, we will contact you with a predicted delivery date. If this unacceptable, you may cancel your order and we will provide you with a full refund. If you receive a faulty clock, we will either send you a replacement or issue you with a full refund after you have returned (at your own cost) the defective product (so long as it is received by us within 30 days of delivery to you). Provided the returns procedure below is adhered to, customers will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments. If clocks are returned by customers who have not followed the returns procedure, and are subsequently found to be in working order, The Mosque Clock Shop reserves the right to charge the customer an additional fee for the dispatch of a replacement clock. The Mosque Clock Shop shall also be entitled to delay delivery until payment is received. If you believe the clock you have received is faulty, please email info@mosqueclockshop.co.uk. You will be sent a list of checks to carry out. If, after you have performed the checks, the clock still doesn’t work, you must email us again at info@mosqueclockshop.co.uk, requesting a return authorisation code. We will email you back with a return authorisation code and an address to send the faulty clock to. It must be accompanied by a note showing your name, address, the date you placed your order, your order reference and the return authorisation code we sent you. You must also inform us whether you wish to receive a replacement clock or a refund. Where a replacement is requested, we will make every attempt to supply you with a clock of the same colour. However, where this is not possible, we reserve the right to supply you with an alternative colour of our choosing. You may cancel your order by informing us of this in writing to info@mosqueclockshop.co.uk any time up to SEVEN DAYS from the day after the day of delivery. You will be given an order cancellation code and an address to return the goods to, at your own expense. The clock(s) must arrive in an unused, unopened, condition without the seals or wrapping removed or broken. All the original packaging must be present. The Mosque Clock Shop reserves the right to refuse refunds on clocks that do not arrive in the condition prescribed above. We recommend you insure the goods you are returning, as The Mosque Clock Shop accepts no liability for returned goods that are lost, delayed or damaged in the post. It is your responsibility to ensure returned goods reach us in their original condition. We will refund your money within 14 days of the receipt of goods or 30 days of your cancellation, whichever is earlier. All returned goods are to be accompanied by a note showing your name, address, the date you placed your order, your order reference and the order cancellation code we sent you.
