Q. I’ve heard lots of bad things about ordering over the Internet. Is it safe?
A. Yes. Contrary to popular belief, ordering online is actually far safer than relaying your card details over the phone or giving your plastic to a waiter in a restaurant.

Q. How is my payment processed?
A. Payments are processed by PayPal (owned by eBay), a global leader in online payment solutions. It enables any individual with an email address to securely, easily and quickly send payments online.

Q. Do you get to see my card details?
A. No. All transactions are processed by PayPal, which informs us when a transaction has been made. We then fulfil the order.

Q. Which countries do you deliver to?
A. We deliver to the UK, EU and countries in the Rest of the World!

Q. How long will my clock(s) take to arrive?
A. We normally dispatch orders within 72 hours of receiving payment confirmation from our partner PayPal. If you are in the UK, your clock(s) should arrive by Royal Mail or Parcelforce within 7 working days, although we cannot guarantee delivery dates. For the EU, please allow up to 14 working days, and 21 working days for ROW.

Q. How will my order be packaged?
A. In our experience, we have found clocks are less likely to get broken and damaged when posted individially through Royal Mail. Therefore, if you place an order for five clocks, you should expect to receive five separate padded packages. However, for large orders (of ten clocks or more), we have found it's better to package them all together in one big box with lots of padding and protection around them.

Q. Can I track my order?
A. Yes. Send an email to info@mosqueclockshop.co.uk along with the reference number assigned to your order by PayPal, the date the order was placed, your email address and your full name.

A. We welcome wholesale enquiries. Please email info@mosqueclockshop.co.uk.

On receipt of the faulty clock, we will dispatch a new model to you. Alternatively, you may request a full refund.
